Our Policies and Procedures regarding Training
Welcome to the SuperbAthlete Inc. Sport High Performance and Life Performance Personal Training Program. We want your experience to be challenging, rewarding, and fun while being beneficial for your athletic career, health, and fitness. As a veteran Master Strength and Conditioning Coach, I look forward to motivate and educate you on everything you need to know regarding proper exercise techniques, your training design, nutrition, recovery, and wellness. I am ready to guide you through towards your set SMART goals and objectives.
The policies are designed to ensure you a successful training experience. Please read these policies carefully and feel free to ask if you have any questions.
PAR-Q & Medical Clearance:
A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer “yes” to any of the seven PAR-Q questions. Note: Personal training staff reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk.

Sport High Performance sessions vary greatly from project to project and are set on case by case basis but generally last between 60 to 120 minutes.
All Life Performance Personal Training sessions are one (1) hour and include warm-up and cool-down.
Payment of Services:
Payment for services is required in full before first session starts.
The minimum time commitment for Sport High Performance Training (SHPT) and Life Performance Personal Training (LPPT) vary between 1 and 12+ months with weekly frequency of sessions between 1 and 4 depending on your training target zone, set goal(s), and your availability. Please read more to make sure that you understand the terms of your financial commitment for chosen training program.
Form of Payment:
Programming fees may be paid via cash and Debit/Credit cards only.
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainer(s) are obligated to wait only 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost. A late start time does not entitle an athlete or a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.
Session(s) Cancellation Policy:
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session by calling Coach W at 691 392 921 or email . Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will result in a session loss. Makeup sessions will be provided only in the following situations:
when it is an absence of coach or
in extenuating personal circumstances such as death, illness, medical conditions accompanied by a doctor’s note or planned vacations with minimum two (2) weeks notice and only at Coach W discretion.
Session(s) Expiration and Refunds Policy:
Training sessions are generally non-refundable and always non-transferable. Exceptions: Medical reasons certified by a physician (program may be placed on "freeze" for a period of no more that 3 months or prorated refund depending on medical status) and as noted in the program cancellation policy below.
All makeup sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Training Program Cancellation Policy:
You have a right to cancel the training program purchase within 3 business days of the initial written agreement, provided that you have not redeemed any sessions and you have notified the SuperbAthlete in writing and have sent the cancellation request via email to: email@example.com. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you email on file from the SuperbAthlete within 2 business days.
Training Attire Policy:
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Athletes and clients arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session. Your attire will depend on your training environment and conditions. If you are not sure what to wear, contact your coach in advance.
