2. We perform the most comprehensive and detailed individual pre-training health history, posture screening, evaluation, testing and data analysis to prepare your fully individualized training protocols.
It usually takes two to three weeks to draw complete initial training plans.
4. You choose between two training targets: Sport High Performance or Life Personal Training. Next you decide how often can you train: once, twice, 3 or 4 times a week. Finally, you decide if you prefer to train SOLO (1-on-1 with our trainer), in pairs (DUOS), or in a small group (3-4 persons PACK).
You can't change the target training zone once your design is set but you can always change your training option(s) to fit into your busy schedule.
