This special programming is for clients who want once and for all take their bodies back and permanently loose weight (fat tissue) or gain lean muscle mass. We specialize in healthy, safe, and long term weight management. We offer generous bonus programming credits for clients who meet our performance benchmarks and diet requirements.

The time commitment depends of your target weight loss/gain:

  • 3 months for up to 12 lbs. or 6 kg

  • 6 months for up to 24 lbs. or 12 kg

  • 9-12+ months for over 24 lbs or 12 kg

The minimum time and financial commitment is 3 months and 3 sessions per week. After 90 days it is on month to month advanced auto payment basis.

           LIFE PERFORMANCE - PERSONAL FITNESS - MUSCLE TONE & SCULPT

 

For clients of any age, body type, fitness level who want their bodies to feel good and have desired look. The program incorporates specific conditioning exercises with body weight, free weights, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls, and other equipment to increase ROM of joints, improve posture, balance, muscular strength, and enhance physical appearance. The key target is set on increasing lean muscle mass of isolated muscles, definition of particular body parts (hips, thighs, glutes, abdominals and arms), and improving muscle tension and body shape. 

This low-impact training focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, working each muscle group to the point of fatigue to create long, lean, supple muscles without bulk! Among other modalities we use High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT to get you better results in a much shorter space of time. Not only that, but this style of training will raise your metabolism meaning that you will continue to burn calories long after the workout has finished. Raising your metabolism will improve your ability to burn fat. We offer generous bonus programming credits for clients who meet our performance benchmarks and diet requirements.

           LIFE PERFORMANCE - PERSONAL FITNESS - STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

 

Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic-based core, upper and lower body program is designed to help shed that excess fat while building hypertrophy, muscular strength, and endurance. Depending on your specific strength and power needs, this program includes wide variety of station, circuit training, high intensity cardio bouts, interval training, body weight and resistance bands exercises, free weights power lifting including Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and stretching for a complete session(s).  For building muscular power we use Velocity Based Training or VBT modalities. We offer generous bonus programming credits for clients who meet our performance benchmarks and diet requirements.

The minimum time commitment is 6 months and 2 sessions per week. The first three months are paid in advance of the first session. After 90 days it is on month to month advanced auto payment basis.

           LIFE PERFORMANCE - PERSONAL FITNESS - SPECIAL EVENTS

 

This highly personalized program is for clients who are looking to improve their fitness level prior to or for specific activity and/or event including, but not limited to, golf, running, climbing, skiing, cycling, sailing season, motor and water sports or any other individual goal.

 

It serves well for those who want to achieve a new life milestone line such as 1/2 and full marathon, iron wo/men and Crossfit competitions, triathlon or any other personal challenge on their bucket-list.

 

Future brides and grooms should consider this option as the training protocol is crafted to your specifications and time constrains.
